Dr. Kgomotso Hlompho Masoga

Dr Kgomotso Masoga is a General Practitioner and Medicolegal Consultant. She has 18 years’ experience providing innovative healthcare related solutions in both the public and private sectors; and has been operating a medicolegal practice since 2011 with a focus on personal injury and medical negligence. She is a professional in good standing with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
In 2002, Kgomotso obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChb) from the University of Cape Town. She further went on to complete her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in 2016. She successfully completed training as an Independent Medical Examiner with the American College of Dis/Ability Medicine and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
Kgomotso further went on to obtain a certificate in Medical Negligence and Commercial Mediation in 2017. She has experience providing medicolegal advisory services to the various State Attorney’s Offices and through this she has established solid working relationships with various medicolegal experts and other stakeholders in the industry.
