Geoff Ferreira

Geoff was admitted as an attorney in 1981. He is a commercial law specialist who is highly respected for his advice and acumen in high-level mergers and acquisitions, business rescue and insolvency matters.
As practising attorney he is also an insolvency practitioner, certified fraud examiner, Conflict Dynamics accredited mediator and registered tax practitioner. He is frequently mandated to preside over complex insolvency enquiry matters. Geoff has lectured at the University of Pretoria and for the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in his fields of expertise.
