Rakgadi Phosa obtained her BProc degree through the University of the North in 1992. She qualified further with a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Certificate in Entertainment Law at Johannesburg University. She was admitted as an attorney in 2001 She is an accredited Mediator by Conflict Dynamics (African Centre for Dispute Resolution). Rakgadi Phosa acted on behalf of clients in Mediation proceedings and also as a Mediator.
